The real question is however, how long do you want to keep the weight off?
The only way I’ve found to keep the weight off long-term is by making lifestyle changes. But have you ever tried to make a whole bunch of changes all at once? It’s easy to become overwhelmed and quit before we make much progress.
We tend to be more successful in life when we don’t “go it alone”. Having the support of someone who’s been successful in the same area in which we struggle, can help us navigate through the rough waters.
